WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT US

I went for dinner with friends. You have to book because the restaurant is tiny. There is no classic menu but it is printed on the placemat and then explained by a very nice gentleman. The dishes are excellent. You can see that behind it there is passion and care in satisfying customers. Recommended!

A typical Mantuan restaurant that is very famous, but just as good! We come at least once a year to eat Mantuan pumpkin ravioli...I think they are the best you can find in the province! And you can choose the type of topping, we always opt for one with butter and sage and one with tomato and sausage.
It is compulsory to book at least a week in advance to get a place.
We usually have the house antipasto, two first courses and dessert and come out full!
The owner is very friendly.
Super recommended.

Typical trattoria with traditional dishes. We shared a board with polenta and ate risotto with picon. Abundant but blended with lots of butter. Very friendly wait staff (praise to the lady who served us and understood our needs). Sweet treat at the end with pieces of sbrisolona and grappa. Account in the norm. Tourist place but recommended.

Osteria from another era. Excellent food, efficient service and an honest bill. I really enjoyed the lambrusco served in copper jugs and the café della moda served in the mini copper coffeepot. an experience that I will have again when I return to Mantua. I had a really good time!

This restaurant immediately struck me for its😍... red walls completely covered with paintings, photos, newspaper articles... wooden tables that seem to want to tell their story, warm and welcoming atmosphere, the host (I presume) a distinguished and very courteous gentleman, with a moustache and grey hair, welcomed us.
As for the food, well, what can I say, everything was very good😋🤤 (a particularity that I liked... the pasta served in an aluminium pan), quick service, attentive and friendly staff.
